How/where can I report someone who is an illegal alien?
I know a mexican who is here on a visitors visa but abusing it. she has been here in Phoenix for 3 years and when she goes to Mexico, she flies, but when she comes back, she flies to tijuana, crosses by foot, and then gets an flight in San Diego to Phoenix. Where can I report Visa violations? to the girl who says I should have better things to do, this woman I want to deport is potentially commiting identity fraud among other things...so when she steals your identity, tell me I have better things I should be doing... The visa Violation is the best way to handle this because I can prove that. I am only 75% sure of the fraud

You can't. USICE doesn't take tips from the public. Good luck contacting them, they'll have a good laugh.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I think there are better things you can do for your country and community than seeking to deport this 1 Mexican Woman.

ICE won't deal with single individuals. However, Sheriff Joe will. He seems to have a handle on taking care of illegals. Isn't he in your area?

Liberals like mipunto need to learn the difference between one's feelings and logic - just because something might "not be nice" to do (as in deporting an illegal), DOESN'T mean it shouldn't or doesn't need to be done.

Visa violations are among the least pursued buy ICE. Only 2% are ever prosecuted, much less investigated.
