I think Hawaiian is the only airline that flys out of San Diego directly to Hawaii. Otherwise, Orbitz, Expedia or similar websites will give you comparisons.

When pricing your airline tickets, be sure to check the price for flying BOTH directions on Wednesdays. Middle of the week flights tend to be cheaper by a significant amount.

There is a direct flight on Hawaiian airlines from San Diego to Honolulu/Kahului/Kona I believe. That's probably your best bet.... Happy travels!
