I am trying to find out if a MAC flight left from San Diego or LA on Saturday May 19 2007? Can anyone help????

Call the carrier and find out. They are restricted only from telling you if a specific individual was on a flight, However, flight information is already in the public domain, so its not restricted. You can search newspapers in the local public library that list flight schedules.

call the terminal they can only give out info 24 hrs before flights. But as mAC flights go they are not a sure thing and are subject to cancel or change and dont forget that the number of seats available are not guaranteed.
