Call all the airlines in the owrld alphabetically starting with A. When you get to the airline where your flight is ask them what the refund policy is for that flight. Or could you take the lazy way and just post it here and have people who have no idea what your airline is or what fare basis the ticket is based on can take guesses or tell you what there Aunt Martha did in 2004. It is your choice

I grew up in San Diego. Take the holiday and travel. You can find reasonable hotels/motels in Mission Valley, about 8Km from the beaches, or further inland, around El Cajon/La Mesa for less expensive rooms. Many of the hotels/motels in San Diego have swimming pools. If you're concerned about the swine flu, purchase a surgical mask for the flights (R/T), and wear it prior to boarding and while in flight; remove it to eat or drink. If you can sell her ticket or get a refund for it sans service charge of around 25%, then do it, and then take your journey. You won't regret San Diego anytime of the year. Good Luck!
